About The Position

This entry-level team member position supports store operations by stocking food and grocery products and helping keep the store prepared for customers. The Stocking Clerk moves products from pallets or carts to shelf locations, handles backstock and cardboard, and maintains a clean, safe, and organized work area. The role includes working overnight shifts, collaborating with leadership to complete assigned areas on time, and interacting with customers in a friendly and respectful manner when needed. The position may also support other tasks to keep operations running smoothly.

Requirements

Comfort learning and using basic technology.
Ability to follow processes and procedures in an organized, efficient way.
Ability to stay calm and productive in a fast-paced environment.
Enjoy working as part of a team and supporting shared goals.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, twist, push, pull, and stand for extended periods.

Experience with pallet jacks or forklifts.

Responsibilities

Stock shelves with a variety of food and grocery products.
Move products from pallets or carts to the correct shelf locations efficiently and accurately.
Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in designated back-room areas.
Work with leadership to ensure assigned areas are completed on time.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Provide friendly, respectful interactions with customers when needed.
Work overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead.
Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
