About The Position

DOW Technologies is hiring a Stocking and Warehouse Associate for its DOW Warehouse team. This role performs general warehouse functions, with a focus on unloading and loading merchandise shipments and stocking and organizing products in their designated warehouse locations. The schedule is 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, with overtime as needed. The position involves physical work in a non-climate-controlled environment and requires maintaining a safe, alert manner.

Requirements

Must pass a post-offer background screening.
Must pass a post-offer drug screening.
Able to grasp, sit, stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach daily.
Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and push or pull heavy loads of 75 pounds in a physical environment.
Able to push or pull up to 500 pounds using a pallet jack or pallet stacker.
Able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
Able to remain on their feet and moving for up to 8–10 hours a day, as workload permits.
Able to maintain a constant state of alertness and work safely.

Responsibilities

Perform daily stocking duties, storing and stocking products in bins, pallets, shelves, and racks.
Conduct accurate weekly physical inventory counts.
Maintain precise daily inventory of all product lines.
Pull and check orders accurately and stock and organize products thoroughly.
Load and unload shipments from delivery vehicles and common carriers.
Process freight and ground shipments accurately.
Verify warehouse delivery accuracy.
Sort, stack, and rotate inventory weekly using FIFO.
Pull and fill customer orders accurately.
Check pulled orders accurately.
Create and update documents using Microsoft Office products.
Maintain facility cleanliness and organization.
