About The Position

As a Stocker, you keep shelves filled and the store ready for customers. During daytime hours, you stock products on the sales floor, organize shelves, and assist customers with questions or finding items. Overnight, you prepare the store for the next day by working through deliveries, stocking shelves, and resetting displays without customer traffic. You also move products from the backroom to the sales floor, rotate inventory, keep aisles clear, handle freight, and maintain clean, organized work areas. The role involves steady physical work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks and balers after training and in accordance with safety guidelines.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including daytime, evening, and overnight schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Compliance with company policies, including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.
• Comfort with frequent lifting, carrying, and movement, including lifting up to 60 lbs.

• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
