Stocker Weekends Required

About The Position

The Stocker shelves products as they arrive and are received, maintains overstock, and keeps stock and warehouse areas organized. The role also supports customers and store operations as needed, including carry-outs, cashier and barista duties, and assigned closing tasks. Work is performed under direct supervision using well-defined policies and procedures, and is reviewed by a supervisor.

Requirements

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Adaptability to new processes and procedures.
Excellent self-motivation and initiative while working unsupervised.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds at one time.
Ability to move freely around the workspace; sitting, standing, squatting, kneeling, bending, crawling, and climbing may be necessary.

Responsibilities

Shelve products as they arrive.
Maintain overstock and keep the area organized.
Rotate, straighten, pull forward, and organize products.
Assist with carry-outs and customer needs.
Check product dates to ensure freshness.
Train new stockers.
Clean and organize warehouse space.
Take out trash, recycle, and perform assigned closing duties.
Assist with cashier and barista duties as needed.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
