The utilities specialist is responsible for the repairs, maintenance, and cleanliness of the restaurant. Responsibilities
- Unload boxes and rotate products
- Ensure all products have been delivered and communicate with leaders about inventory
- Equipment repair and maintenance
- Cleaning, moping, sweeping and scrubbing kitchen facilities/patio
- Clean dishes
- Cleaning exterior patio, grounds and parking area
- Removing trash from cage area to dumpster
