About The Position

The Stock Room Coordinator supports the day-to-day activities of the Maintenance Department. The role is responsible for maintaining a secure, accurate parts inventory, receiving and stocking parts, and supporting maintenance work orders. The position works as an individual contributor under the direction of the Stock Room Supervisor and follows established policies and processes. It involves handling confidential production information, vendor relationships, and information about ingredients used in production.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to effectively multitask.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong aptitude for problem resolution.

Nice To Haves

• A minimum of one year of inventory experience is preferred.
• An associate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a secure parts stockroom and ensure proper accountability of assets.
• Perform cycle counts in a perpetual inventory environment.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by entering data according to established procedures.
• Participate in annual physical inventory counts.
• Receive and stock parts delivered daily.
• Analyze, reconcile, and process inventory discrepancies and adjustments identified through cycle counts.
• Maintain item code master data in the CMMS system.
• Assist with kitting for maintenance work orders.
• Provide backup to other Stock Room Department members as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
