About The Position

The Stock Clerk supports aircraft maintenance. The role requires basic computer skills, a valid motor vehicle license, fluent English communication, and the ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting, bending, climbing, and handling objects. Work takes place both indoors and outdoors in changing climate conditions, with moderate to high noise levels and low to moderate risk of exposure to hazardous chemicals, vapors, or materials. The position is identified as second shift.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic computer skills.
Valid motor vehicle license.
Read, write, and speak fluent English; comprehend and follow written and verbal instructions; complete routine forms accurately; and communicate effectively in person and over the phone.
Ability to stand and walk for an average of 6 hours per day and sit for approximately 3 hours per day.
Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift items over 50 pounds.
Ability to balance, bend, stoop, crawl, crouch, kneel, climb stairs and ladders, reach above the shoulder, perform repetitive motions and hand-over-hand pulling, and grasp and push objects.
Adequate visual acuity to read documents, diagrams, blueprints, and screens; distinguish colors and interpret visual information; detect and differentiate sounds; and hear and comprehend verbal instructions and normal conversation.
Ability to understand, retain, and communicate routine factual information; organize thoughts and relay information clearly; and make decisions with moderate impact on the immediate work area.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, flexibility, cooperation, organizational skills, and the ability to maintain efficiency and productivity in a fast-paced, diverse environment.
Ability to adhere to safety procedures and remain safety-conscious.
