About The Position

The Stock Picker will be responsible for accurately picking and prepping of all orders. This includes locating and counting parts properly, and delivering parts to Production once they are confirmed. The role requires adherence to all safety rules and the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as safety shoes and glasses when required.

Requirements

• Must be able to read, write, and comprehend English.
• Must have basic math skills including counting, addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• May have to stand for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to become certified to operate a Forklift.
• Must adhere to all safety rules in force for the location.
• Must meet requirements for PPE in specific manufacturing areas including safety shoes and safety glasses.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and prep all orders.
• Locate and count parts properly.
• Deliver parts to Production once confirmed.
• Verify parts for customer orders.
• Pick orders in the proper sequence.
• Ensure no damage to parts during picking.
• Deliver parts to the assembly area.
