About The Position

Kaspar Outdoors is seeking a Stock Builder to support the production of high-end custom firearm stocks through precision assembly, painting, and problem-solving. This hands-on role requires mechanical aptitude, aesthetic attention to detail, and a team-first attitude. The ideal candidate has a strong willingness to learn, is highly detailed and organized, and possesses a positive, solution-driven attitude. Familiarity with the firearms industry and firearm safety is preferred, as is an appreciation for custom craftsmanship.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Mechanically inclined with manual dexterity and common sense
• Ability to lift 40 lbs.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clear record for the past three years
• Must agree to sign non-compete and non-disclosure agreements

Responsibilities

• Complete gunsmithing projects and repairs
• Assemble and paint custom firearm stocks
• Perform scheduled machine and shop maintenance
• Assemble small components and assist with production tasks
• Participate in hands-on stock building processes
• Travel up to 10% may be required
• All other duties as assigned by management
