About The Position

The Stock Associate supports store operations by overseeing shipment processing and moving products from the stockroom to the sales floor. The role keeps the stockroom, sales floor, and desk organized and fully stocked, ensuring products and supplies are in their proper places. When on the sales floor, the associate greets customers and helps create an excellent shopping experience through attentive customer service. This position contributes to the store’s operational and visual standards and overall success.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and listen to their needs to create excellent customer experiences.
• Uphold visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer.
• Process shipments and prepare the store and backroom.
• Stock the sales floor and organize merchandise and supplies.
• Display new merchandise on the sales floor in a timely and accurate fashion.
• Manage inventory accuracy, price accuracy, and product stock levels.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by store leaders.
