About The Position

The Stock Associate helps ensure the store’s operations run smoothly by overseeing shipment processing and managing product movement from the stockroom to the sales floor. The role keeps the stockroom, sales floor, and desk organized and stocked, ensuring products and supplies are in their proper place. While on the sales floor, the Stock Associate greets customers and helps create excellent shopping experiences, contributing to the store’s success through attention to detail and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and listen to their needs to create excellent customer experiences.
• Uphold visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer.
• Prepare the store and backroom by processing shipments, stocking the sales floor, and organizing merchandise and supplies.
• Display new merchandise on the sales floor in a timely and accurate manner.
• Manage inventory accuracy, price accuracy, and product stock levels.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by store leaders.
