About The Position
The Stock Associate supports smooth store operations by overseeing shipment processing and managing product movement from the stockroom to the sales floor. The role keeps the stockroom, sales floor, and desk organized and fully stocked, ensuring products and supplies are in their proper places. While working on the sales floor, the Stock Associate greets customers and helps create excellent shopping experiences. The position contributes to store success through attention to detail, customer service, and maintenance of visual and operational standards.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers and listen to their needs to create excellent customer experiences.
- Uphold visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer.
- Process shipments and prepare the store and backroom.
- Stock the sales floor and organize merchandise and supplies.
- Display new merchandise on the sales floor in a timely and accurate manner.
- Manage inventory accuracy, price accuracy, and product stock levels.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned by store leaders.
