About The Position

As a LOFT Stock Associate, you support store operations by overseeing shipment processing, stockroom organization, and product movement from the stockroom to the sales floor. You help keep the stockroom, sales floor, and desk organized and fully stocked, ensuring products and supplies are in their proper places. While on the sales floor, you greet customers and contribute to excellent shopping experiences. The role combines attention to detail, operational standards, and customer service to support the store’s success.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and listen to their needs to create excellent customer experiences.
• Uphold visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer.
• Prepare the store and backroom by processing shipments, stocking the sales floor, and organizing merchandise and supplies.
• Display new merchandise on the sales floor in a timely and accurate fashion.
• Manage inventory accuracy, price accuracy, and product stock levels.
• Engage in customer selling and visual implementation.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by store leaders.
