About The Position

Stock Associates control the flow of merchandise from the stockroom to the retail sales floor. They receive, unpack, organize, store, package, and label merchandise, while also supporting the shopping experience by providing customer service and ringing up customers as needed. The role includes executing merchandise-flow routines, processing deliveries, maintaining stockroom organization, supporting floor sets and inventory, and helping meet store standards and reduce shortages. Candidates should be engaging, service-oriented, organized, efficient, thoughtful, self-motivated, and interested in personal growth and development.

Requirements

• Flexible availability to meet business needs, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to bend, lift, open, and move product and fixtures weighing up to 50 lbs., as needed.
• Engaging personality and strong service orientation.
• Organized and able to complete tasks efficiently.
• Self-motivated, with a desire for personal growth and development.

Responsibilities

• Execute merchandise-flow routines to help achieve sales goals.
• Process merchandise deliveries according to the store delivery schedule.
• Maintain an organized and clean stockroom.
• Work with management to execute floor sets.
• Consistently meet store merchandising and operations standards.
• Assist with the physical inventory process.
• Support the store management team with shortage-reduction measures.
• Provide customer service and ring up customers as needed.

• Receive, unpack, organize, store, package, and label merchandise; control its flow from the stockroom to the sales floor.
