About The Position

Sézane is seeking a seasonal, part-time Stock Associate based in South Congress in Austin, Texas. The role supports store and warehouse inventory operations, product replenishment, stockroom organization, merchandising, and visual standards. The associate will also maintain product knowledge and assist with inventory-related tasks and special projects. The position requires handling merchandise boxes weighing over 20 pounds, and weekend availability is required. Compensation is $24 per hour.

• At least 3 years of retail inventory management experience.

• Open availability; weekends are required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lift and handle merchandise boxes weighing over 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound inventory flow.
• Track inventory levels at the warehouse and store.
• Assist with allocation planning.
• Template inventory for floor merchandising.
• Replenish floor inventory.
• Organize the stockroom and manage products.
• Maintain product knowledge and knowledge of basic operational procedures.
• Assist with inventory and special projects as needed.
• Ensure visual standards are maintained.
