About The Position

Sézane is seeking a seasonal, part-time Stock Associate based in South Congress in Austin, Texas. The role supports the company’s inventory operations and store presentation by managing merchandise flow, monitoring inventory, organizing the stockroom, and replenishing the sales floor. The associate will also help maintain visual standards, provide product knowledge, and assist with inventory and special projects as needed.

Requirements

At least 3 years of retail inventory management experience.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Team-oriented approach and positive attitude.
Open availability; weekend availability is required.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Manage inbound and outbound inventory flow.
Track inventory levels at both the warehouse and store.
Assist with allocation planning.
Template inventory for merchandising on the floor.
Replenish floor inventory.
Organize the stockroom and manage products.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge and knowledge of basic operational procedures.
Assist with inventory and special projects as needed.
Ensure visual standards are maintained.
Lift and handle merchandise boxes weighing over 20 pounds.
