About The Position

The Stock Associate is responsible for rotating goods according to company policies and procedures and supports the Stock Manager with warehouse and store responsibilities. The role also supports the front of house and sales team to help maximize store sales. The Stock Associate safeguards, receives, verifies, organizes, prepares, and dispatches merchandise while ensuring proper care throughout handling. The position also assists with ecommerce distribution, inventory preparations, cycle counts, and reconciliations.

Requirements

• Skilled in Microsoft Office.
• Professional communication skills.
• Flexible scheduling to meet the needs of the business.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull boxes without assistance.
• Ability to pack, unpack, and move stock while supporting back-of-house functions.
• Ability to work shifts while standing or walking.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of products and valuable materials in the warehouse.
• Verify that products are intact.
• Enter incoming goods into the inventory system.
• Organize products in the warehouse according to established criteria.
• Prepare products for the sales floor, including applying anti-theft tags and pricing.
• Maintain order in the warehouse.
• Prepare goods for repairs.
• Dispatch goods to clients, the warehouse, or other stores.
• Assist with distribution across ecommerce platforms.
• Ensure proper care of goods throughout the handling process.
• Support the sales team in attaining the store’s sales target.
• Assist the Store Manager with inventory preparations.
• Assist Management with monthly cycle counts and reconciliations.
• Execute stock-related directions provided by Corporate partners.
