About The Position

The Stock Associate performs general stockroom duties at Philadelphia International Airport, including picking and pricing orders, ordering products, receiving and moving freight, and replenishing merchandise on the sales floor. The role requires full-time availability for any shift and any day of the week, including weekends and holidays. The associate helps protect company assets and maintains a safe, clean stock area while supporting inventory, returns, and store and backroom stocking.

Requirements

Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
Good time-management skills and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to multitask.
Ability to lift 60 pounds.
Ability to work in environments exposed to hot and cold elements.
Ability to communicate effectively.
Previous stockroom or warehouse experience.
Flexibility and open availability to work any shift, any day of the week, including weekends and holidays.
Availability to work a full-time schedule.

Responsibilities

Protect company assets in the stock area, including non-stock merchandise.
Maintain a safe and clean environment for stock personnel.
Place stock orders as required.
Count and receive incoming merchandise and report shortages or overages to management promptly and before required deadlines.
Count merchandise returns and complete the appropriate vendor-return paperwork.
Receive freight and load and unload trucks.
Replenish stock on the sales floor on an ongoing basis.
Isolate, sort, and organize damaged and outdated products for supplier credits and returns.
Organize merchandise for annual inventory.
Assist with inventory and reconciliation of inventory variances.
Notify management when merchandise is out of stock.
Assist with stocking stores and backrooms.
Assist with trash removal and recycling.
