About The Position

The Stock Associate is responsible for verifying merchandise receipts and deliveries and placing merchandise in the stockroom. The role supports merchandise processing and replenishment, monitors floor stock, and helps maintain accurate, efficient stockroom operations. It also assists with general store operations, including floor moves, visual merchandising, display maintenance, cleaning when needed, and returning products to inventory. The associate should remain flexible and may occasionally perform work outside the specific role.

Requirements

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to process information or merchandise through a computer system and POS register system.
Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.

Nice To Haves

1–2 years of retail experience preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain a passion for the product and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Process and replenish merchandise as needed, receive and monitor floor stock, and handle product movement in and out of the store.
Ensure accurate and efficient stockroom operations, especially during peak hours.
Communicate clearly and promptly with management about product levels and other stockroom needs.
Assist with store operations, including floor moves, visual merchandising, display maintenance, cleaning when necessary, and returning products to inventory.
Be flexible and occasionally perform work outside the specific role.
