About The Position

The Stock Associate controls the flow of merchandise from the stockroom to the retail sales floor and receives, unpacks, organizes, stores, packages, and labels merchandise. The role also supports the shopping experience by providing customer service and ringing up customers as needed.

The Stock Associate helps meet sales goals by executing merchandise-flow routines, processes deliveries according to the store delivery schedule, maintains a clean and organized stockroom, and works with management on floor sets. The position supports merchandising and operational standards, physical inventory, and shortage-reduction measures while modeling the company’s values of respect, integrity, teamwork, compassion, accountability, and inclusivity.

The role requires flexible availability to meet business needs, including evenings and weekends, and may require bending, lifting, opening, and moving products and fixtures weighing up to 50 pounds. Reasonable accommodation is available as required by the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Responsibilities

• Control the flow of merchandise from the stockroom to the retail sales floor.
• Receive, unpack, organize, store, package, and label merchandise.
• Provide customer service and ring up customers as needed.
• Consistently execute merchandise-flow routines to help meet sales goals.
• Process merchandise deliveries in accordance with the store delivery schedule.
• Maintain an organized and clean stockroom.
• Work with management to execute floor sets.
• Ensure store merchandising and operational standards are consistently met.
• Assist with the physical inventory process.
• Support the store management team with shortage-reduction measures.
