About The Position

Top of the Rock at Rockefeller Center is one of New York City’s most celebrated attractions, offering panoramic skyline views and a refined, world-class guest experience. To support peak season operations, we’re seeking detail-oriented, dependable Support/Stock Associates who thrive behind the scenes and help ensure operational excellence. As a Support/Stock Associate, you play a critical role in keeping our retail spaces and pop-ups organized, fully stocked, and visually aligned with brand standards. Your work directly supports sales performance and the seamless guest experience that defines Top of the Rock. This seasonal role provides valuable operational experience, with potential consideration for future opportunities based on performance and business needs. Every memorable guest experience begins with a well-prepared store. As a Support/Stock Associate, you ensure the right products are available at the right time, presented beautifully, and accurately tracked. Your work behind the scenes directly supports revenue, operational efficiency, and the overall guest experience, making you an essential part of one of New York City’s most iconic attractions.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 1–2+ years of related experience preferred
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
  • Professional attitude and reliability
  • Strong organizational skills and accuracy in inventory handling
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented mindset with clear communication skills
  • Comfort using inventory or retail systems

Nice To Haves

  • Prior stockroom or retail experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments
  • Organize and store merchandise accurately
  • Replenish sales floor and popup inventory
  • Execute visual merchandising and product placement plans
  • Track inventory levels and conduct periodic audits
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly stockroom
  • Follow company policies and safety standards
  • Assist leadership with operational projects as needed
