Stock Associate Lead
About The Position
The Stock Associate Lead builds, leads, and motivates the backroom team to provide exceptional customer service and support customers throughout the lifecycle of their purchases. The role involves unloading and loading furniture trailers, assembling and arranging furniture for display on the showroom floor, helping customers load purchases into their vehicles, and keeping the backroom and sales floor clean and organized. The associate is expected to follow safety practices, promote safety awareness, communicate professionally, and work effectively both independently and with a team. The role requires routinely handling furniture weighing up to and in excess of 200 pounds.
Requirements

- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to routinely lift, lower, push, and pull furniture of all sizes up to and in excess of 200 pounds.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
