Requirements
- Must have a current and valid OHIO STNA certification
- Must demonstrate compassion, patience, and respect for residents
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to follow care plans, safety procedures, and facility policies
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to safely perform the physical duties required of the position
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to our residents
- Assist with activities of daily living and personal care
- Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions
- Promote resident dignity, comfort, and independence
- Work closely with nurses and the entire care team
- Help create a safe, welcoming, and positive environment
