About The Position
Marietta Heights Post Acute is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and dedicated full-time day shift Nurse to provide resident care and contribute to a supportive care team. The role involves delivering nursing care in a long-term care or skilled nursing environment, supporting nursing staff, and helping maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for residents. The listed pay range is $30.32 to $40.00 per hour.
Requirements
- Current, active RN or LPN license in the state of Ohio.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Compassionate attitude and a genuine desire to care for others.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Dependable, professional, and committed to providing excellent resident care.
Nice To Haves
- Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide quality nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor residents' conditions and report changes promptly.
- Complete accurate and timely documentation.
- Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure quality resident care.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and team members.
- Promote a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for all residents.
- Follow facility policies, procedures, and state and federal regulations.
