About The Position

Crossroads Hospice & Palliative Care is seeking a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA/CNA) to provide compassionate end-of-life care to patients and support their loved ones. STNAs work closely with the interdisciplinary team and serve as its eyes and ears, helping ensure a high-quality care experience while honoring each person's dignity and respect. The role includes travel to the office in Green, Ohio, and a weekday schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Requirements

• Complete an Ohio State Department of Health Competency Test through an accredited program, with a minimum of 75 hours of certification.
• Hold an active, unrestricted state nurses' aide certification.
• Have at least 1 year of current experience as a Hospice Aide or Nurses Aide.
• Have interpersonal skills sufficient to interact effectively with patients, families, interdisciplinary caregivers, peers, subordinates, and supervisors.
• Be able to learn computer skills related to required clinical software and electronic clinical record use.
• Have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, required automobile insurance, and the ability to safely and independently operate a vehicle.

Nice To Haves

• Hospice or Home Health Agency experience preferred.
