About The Position
Emerald Trace is hiring a full-time 2nd Shift STNA to work Monday through Friday, 3:30 PM–11:30 PM, with NO regularly scheduled weekends. This is a rare opportunity in long-term care offering a consistent weekday schedule and your weekends free. Emerald Trace and its sister facility, Rosedale Green, are independent, not-for-profit skilled nursing communities with over 60 years of experience. They are not corporately owned, and decisions are guided by the best interests of residents and employees. Requirements
- Active Kentucky Nurse Aide Registry certification – REQUIRED
- Ability to consistently work Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM–11:30 PM
- Reliability, professionalism, and a compassionate approach to resident care
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
- Successful completion of required background and drug screening
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents
- Assist with activities of daily living, mobility, meals, and personal care
- Develop meaningful relationships with residents and their families
- Follow individualized care plans and document care accurately
- Collaborate with nurses and fellow Nurse Aides
- Help maintain a safe, respectful, and welcoming household environment
