About The Position

Join Baptist Health Home Care and make a meaningful impact by helping patients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. As a Home Health Aide, you'll provide one-on-one care, build lasting relationships with patients and families, and be part of a supportive clinical team dedicated to improving lives every day. Alternate Solutions Health Network collaborates with health systems in joint venture partnerships to create a post-acute care solution to deliver efficient centralized operations that is patient focused. Requirements

• STNA, CNA, or 75-hour Nurse Aide Training
• 1+ year of caregiving experience
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal care
• Help patients maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
• Observe and report changes in patient condition
• Communicate with nurses, patients, and families
• Complete required documentation
