About The Position

Beaumont Home Health is seeking an STNA/CNA to provide one-on-one care to patients in their homes and help them remain safe, comfortable, and independent. The role involves building relationships with patients and families and working with a supportive clinical team. The schedule is Monday through Friday on the day shift.

Requirements

• STNA, CNA, or completion of 75-hour Nurse Aide Training.
• At least 1 year of caregiving experience.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and other personal care.
• Help patients maintain a safe and comfortable home environment.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition.
• Communicate with nurses, patients, and families.
• Complete required documentation.
