About The Position
Join Southwest General Home Health and make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients every day. As a Home Health Aide, you'll provide one-on-one care that helps patients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes while building lasting relationships with patients and families.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- STNA, CNA, or 75-hour Nurse Aide Training
- 1+ year of nurse aide experience
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal care
- Help with mobility, transfers, and activities of daily living
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition
- Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
- Build positive relationships with patients and families
- Complete required documentation in accordance with agency and Medicare guidelines
