Requirements

Must have previous experience walking on stilts.
Candidates should be able to: Walk confidently on stilts without assistance, Start, stop, and turn smoothly, Navigate crowds safely, Maintain balance while interacting with guests, Pose naturally for photographs, Demonstrate awareness of surroundings and safety
Previous experience walking on stilts is required.
Strong improvisation and non-verbal communication skills.
Comfortable performing outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
Excellent balance, endurance, and physical fitness.
Ability to remain in costume for extended periods.
Reliable transportation and punctuality.

Nice To Haves

Experience in entertainment, theater, festivals, or theme parks is a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform safely and confidently on stilts for scheduled performance sets.
Engage with guests through meet-and-greets, photo opportunities, and interactive entertainment.
Stay in character throughout assigned performance times.
Wear costumes, wigs, masks, or themed attire as required.
Work collaboratively with stage managers, performer leadership, and fellow performers.
Maintain a positive, approachable, and professional attitude with guests of all ages.
Follow all safety procedures regarding stilt performance and guest interaction.
Care for costumes and performance equipment.
