About The Position

Graphicsland is seeking reliable, part-time, detail-oriented Sticker Production Assistants to join their team. As a leading online sticker company, Graphicsland focuses on delivering high-quality stickers with quick turnaround times, simplifying the ordering process. The role involves accurately processing sticker orders, ensuring precision in printing, and enhancing teamwork. Key tasks include shrink-wrapping orders, packaging and shipping items, and responsibly managing any errors. This is an in-person position located in Tinley Park, IL.

Requirements

Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
High attention to detail and an expert at identifying errors and inconsistencies in orders and prints.
Strong teamwork skills, thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Demonstrated ability to handle mistakes with a responsible and proactive approach.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and status updates.
Basic computer skills for order management systems.
Physically capable of alternating between sitting and standing, performing repetitive tasks, and fine manipulation.
Proficiency in basic mental math.

Nice To Haves

Some college experience is preferred
Additional education or training in printing, quality assurance, or related fields is a plus

Responsibilities

Thoroughly review sticker orders to ensure completeness and accuracy in design, quantity, and customization details.
Skillfully shrink-wrap or package completed sticker orders with precision and care, maintaining an organized and visually appealing presentation.
Ensure orders are securely packaged for shipping or delivery.
Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized work area.
Communicate with others within the production department to exceed the expectations of customer orders.
