About The Position
This position is a 100% travel task force role with 12 to 16-week rotations. The pay is up to $19 per hour plus overtime. The company covers all travel expenses. Employees are required to live in provided employee housing, which includes a roommate, and rent is $112 per week, deducted from payroll. One free meal is provided per shift worked.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience as a Stewarding Supervisor.
- Ability to travel.
- Willingness to live in employee housing.
Responsibilities
- Report to work on time, in uniform, and adhering to the company's dress code.
- Participate in monthly inventory.
- Record daily breakage of china, glass, silver, and equipment to control inventory and contribute to profitability.
- Ensure all equipment is prepared and set up for events.
- Maintain the cleanliness of kitchen equipment and back-of-house areas.
- Assist with training new hires.
- Conduct daily kitchen inspections to ensure compliance with Health Department rules and regulations.
- Monitor, issue, and control all ware washing and cleaning supplies.
- Oversee sanitation and daily operations in the absence of a Supervisor or Manager.
