This role involves supervising stewarding staff and performing a variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks within a high-volume kitchen environment. The supervisor is responsible for ensuring tableware is properly prepared for washing, operating and maintaining dishwashing equipment, cleaning and sanitizing kitchen areas and equipment, managing waste removal, and handling fryer oil replacement. The position also requires adherence to all regulatory, company, and department policies and procedures, and completion of other assigned duties.
