About The Position

Responsible for the cleaning of dishes, pots, pans and silverware. Works fast and efficiently.

Must have a strong desire to satisfy guest needs in a fast-paced environment.
Physical stamina to stand for long periods, walk moderate distances, and perform repetitive tasks.
Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50lbs of weight on a consistent basis.
Ability to bend, stoop, reach, climb stairs, and perform other routine physical activities.
Good verbal communication skills; pleasant and professional demeanor.
Must meet company and client appearance standards.
Ability to work with cleaning equipment and chemicals safely.
Ability to perform all duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
Reliable, punctual, and customer-service oriented.
Team player who follows instructions and safety procedures.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Comfortable with technology used for scheduling/clocking in (may vary by site).

Experience preferred, but not required — we provide comprehensive hands-on training

Rinses pots, pans, dishes and bowls
Loads dish washing machinery with kitchen utensils, pots, pans and bowls
Empties trash in kitchens
Wipes, lifts and stacks clean utensils, pots, pans and bowls on shelving
Smiles and is friendly when interacting with co-workers, guests and property employees
Follows all required safety and standard operating procedures
Adheres to all company and regulatory policies.
Reports any wrongdoing to corporate headquarters in Miami, Florida
Asks supervisor or other employees for help when needed
Is open to coaching and feedback from supervisor.
Makes improvement
Works weekends and holidays
Acts as a role model to other The Service Companies employees
