Under the direction of the Supervisor, the Steward serves and assists in several areas of guest service in the kitchen and dining hall. This includes dishwashing, providing back-of-the-house and front-of-the-house support, and maintaining a clean and neat dining room facility. The Steward must be flexible in performing job duties and assuming a variety of tasks while maintaining a courteous, friendly, and helpful attitude toward all guests.
