About The Position

This role is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and safety standards within the kitchen and park areas, ensuring a positive and secure environment for guests and team members. The Steward will perform various cleaning duties, manage waste disposal, and contribute to an exceptional guest experience.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old or older
• Previous Experience as a Steward and/or similar

Responsibilities

• Drain, clean out, and de-lime dish machine.
• Stock cleaning supplies including, but not limited to, paper towel dispensers, J-fill stations, hand soap, and machine chemicals.
• Clean loading dock’s; Sweep, mop and wash floors and walls in the kitchen areas.
• Dispose of waste, garbage, and recyclable materials from kitchen area to appropriate receptacles.
• Wash pots and pans, and kitchen utensils by hand or dish washing machine and return cleaned items to the proper storage location.
• Promotes and provides extraordinary guest service for both internal and external guests; answers questions and offers information in a courteous manner.
• Understands and demonstrates the proper use of safety practices and ensures department standards are maintained and safety policies for the Park upheld.
• Monitor and maintain a safe and secure environment for both team members and guests of all ages, following all company guidelines and protocols.
• Identify, de-escalate, and resolve conflicts or disturbances professionally and effectively to maintain a positive atmosphere.
• Provide a positive and welcoming experience for guests of all ages while maintaining composure during difficult interactions.
• Maintain a high level of trust and integrity to promote a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for customers and colleagues of all ages.
• Perform other duties as assigned
