About The Position

Omni Mount Washington, LLC dba Omni Mount Washington Resort is seeking to fill Steward positions for full-time, peak load, temporary employment. This role involves maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and its equipment, as well as stocking supplies. The position requires the ability to lift 50 lbs and work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. On-the-job training will be provided. Conversational English is required.

Requirements

• No prior experience or education is required.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Subject to drug testing upon reasonable suspicion, paid by employer.
• Subject to pre-employment criminal background checks, paid by employer.
• Must be able to work a 5-day schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Applicants must complete an employment application.
• Conversational English Required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize china, glass, silver, pots and pans, stainless steel and entire kitchen area including walls, floors, drains and equipment.
• Report broken or damaged equipment for repair.
• Dispose of trash from kitchen area properly and maintain dumpster area.
• Receive and stock supplies, such as food, beverage, or utensils, in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, or storeroom.
• Follow all sanitation policies and procedures.
