The Lenox Hotel is looking for a steward to assist in our kitchen. Our F&B department is comprised of three unique outlets, event and banquet space. Our three outlets include: Willow & Ivy, serving American and international-inspired dishes sourcing local New England ingredients. The Irving, Back Bay’s chic cocktail lounge serving small bites. And Sweeneys, our modern-Irish pub and a neighborhood favorite. Our 5000 sq. ft. banquet facilities host corporate and social events including weddings. Our stewarding team ensures our kitchen shines from the hoods to the floors. Stewards are responsible for sorting and cleaning soiled dishware, pots and pans. They ensure our dish machine, tilt skillets, ovens and kettles are properly cleaned and maintained. The team also sorts, polishes and organizes all kitchen tools and items. Ideal candidates will be able to function in a high energy, fast paced environment as part of a team. Candidates with availability to work Mornings are encouraged to apply.
