Clean all dishes, pots, pans, utensils, speed racks and other items to facilitate food service operation. Maintain kitchen floor, walls and surfaces with regular sweeping and mopping or cleaning. Complies with standards of health, safety, and sanitation. Understands and practices the use of proper chemicals on property. Maintains knowledge of sanitation, dishwashing, maintenance, and safety standards. Separates and removes trash and garbage and places it in designated containers; steam-cleans or hoses-out garbage cans and operates card board recycle compactor. Performs all other duties as assigned.
