About The Position
Join our dynamic kitchen team and play a vital role in creating exceptional dining experiences! We’re looking for a dedicated Steward/Dishwasher & Kitchen Cleaner who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values cleanliness, and enjoys working as part of a team. This is PM Shift. Shifts typically run 3 pm to 11pm or 4pm to 12am or 5pm to 1am. Must have weekends and holidays availability.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical demands.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Flexible schedule: evenings, weekends, and holidays required.
- Basic knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation practices.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans efficiently to keep operations running smoothly.
- Ensure all kitchen areas meet the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation.
- Collaborate with chefs and staff to maintain workflow and organization.
- Keep storage areas neat and stocked for easy access.
- Contribute to a friendly, team-oriented atmosphere.
