This role performs job duties required to maintain kitchen work areas and kitchen equipment in clean and orderly condition.

Requirements

• Must be able to operate large electric machines such as dishwashers, sanitizers, trash compactors, and glass crushers.
• Must be able to wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks and all other food prep surfaces as assigned.
• Must be able to segregate and remove trash and garbage and place it in designated containers.
• Must be able to steam clean or hose out garbage cans in appropriate and assigned areas.
• Must be able to wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils and other food preparation machines and equipment.
• Must be able to transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas observing all safe lifting standards.
• Must be able to assist with banquet table and front of the house set up as requested.
• Must be able to assist with loading or unloading and delivering supplies and product.
• Must be able to distribute supplies, utensils and portable equipment as needed.
• Must comply with all outlined sanitation and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Sweeps and mops floors at appropriate intervals to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
