This position is responsible for cleaning, transporting, and storing all pots, pans, silverware, glassware, and china used in the food and beverage operations in a clean and orderly manner. The role ensures that all food and beverage outlets have the necessary items to open their shifts and maintains a hygienic working environment. The Steward/Dishwasher also participates in deep cleaning tasks and assists the service team as needed to meet guest expectations.
