About The Position
As a Steward/Dishwasher, you are responsible for the cleanliness of the Kitchen as a whole. This role is for a full-time, permanent position within the Culinary department. The Sofitel Philadelphia, located in Rittenhouse Square, is seeking individuals with a heart to serve and a passion for being part of a dynamic team. Requirements
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene.
- Good communication and organizational and problem solving skills and a great team player.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for the cleanliness and sanitizing of all surfaces in the Kitchen areas, cafeteria, and fridges.
- Keeping floors and work areas clear of hazards and obstruction.
- Responsible for the operation of kitchen cleaning equipment.
- Responsible for handling food and drink and all dishes in a sanitary way!
