About The Position
The Steward/Dishwasher is responsible for setting up the prep station, stocking inventory, and maintaining sanitation standards. The role supports hotel food operations by cleaning and returning dishes and utensils, keeping the workstation efficient, and managing trash and floor mats.
Responsibilities
- Sort, wash, and return dishes and utensils to food operations areas throughout the hotel.
- Maintain a clean and efficient workstation.
- Expedite clean dishes and utensils to the cook line and other areas as needed.
- Remove trash during and at the end of the shift.
- Clean and store floor mats.
