The Edgewater Hotel is seeking a Steward to join our team! The Steward Supervisor is responsible for leading the stewarding team and ensuring the cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of all kitchen and back-of-house areas. This role oversees dishwashing operations, waste management, banquet equipment inventory, receiving activities, and completion of cleaning projects. The Steward Supervisor monitors staffing coverage, assigns daily tasks, reinforces safety and sanitation standards, and works closely with culinary and banquet teams to support successful hotel and event operations.
