About The Position

The Sterilization Technician sterilizes dental instruments, including instrument cassettes, bur blocks, endo file boxes, and handpieces. The role tracks instruments through each phase of cleaning and sterilization using scanning technology, operates disinfection and sterilization equipment, and performs routine maintenance on dental equipment. The technician troubleshoots equipment error messages and performs preventive maintenance to support optimal operation. The position also maintains files and records and provides support to clinic office staff.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Up to 6 months of related experience.
• Familiarity with dental instruments.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and hectic environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity working with computers.
