Responsibilities include decontamination, instrument assembly, sterilization, high-level disinfection, sterile storage, and operating-room liaison work. Experience with the Censitrac tracking system and Medivator is required. Candidates must have worked in a facility similar to OSU. Applicants should provide a self-rating from 1 to 4 for Medivator experience with their submission. Either CBSPD or CRCST certification through HSPA (formerly IAHCSMM) is accepted. The schedule is 11:00 p.m.–7:30 a.m., Monday through Friday. Assignment eligibility restrictions exclude former permanent staff and return travelers who have worked anywhere within the OSU system, and travelers who have reached the one-year maximum contract limit are not eligible for extensions or future assignments. Parking permits have different access and payment terms. WMC is available monthly; WB and CXS require annual upfront payment and are not available as monthly permits. Prorated refunds may be available for unused future months on annual permits, subject to the stated cancellation and refund terms.
