About The Position
We are seeking a motivated and student-centered STEP College Readiness Instructor to support high school students in preparing for college admission, academic success, and long-term career pathways in STEM and related fields. The ideal candidate will have experience working with high school students, strong communication and mentoring skills, and the ability to design engaging lessons focused on college preparation, academic skill development, and personal growth. The instructor will be responsible for delivering structured college-readiness programming, guiding students through the college exploration and application process, and fostering skills in academic planning, time management, financial literacy, and career awareness. To ensure success in this role, candidates should demonstrate empathy, strong organizational abilities, and a commitment to supporting diverse learners as they transition to higher education.
