The STEM Program Coordinator (PC) is responsible for planning, facilitating, and administering Girls Inc. Whole-Girl programs that focus on STEM exposure and career exploration. This role helps create a pipeline of confident girls with skills to pursue post-secondary plans, increasing the percentage of girls graduating in STEM fields, and ultimately contributing to their financial independence. The coordinator also supports internship placements and incorporates social-emotional learning, growth mindset, resiliency, confidence-building, wellness, leadership development, and media literacy into programs. This role fosters partnerships to enhance experiential learning, delivering programs to approximately 4,500 girls annually across three tiers of engagement: 380 girls in Tier I (intensive STEM exposure), 1,300 girls in Tier II (engaged participants), and 2,800 girls in Tier III (outreach). This role is full-time, Monday to Friday, and typically operates between 8 am and 6 pm, with occasional Saturdays and evenings during the school year and summer.
