About The Position

Scientific Applications & Research Associates, Inc. (SARA) in Colorado Springs, CO is looking for highly motivated students and recent graduates who can adapt to a variety of challenges and are ready to take their learning beyond the classroom environment. This internship program is currently looking for individuals in the fields of Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Engineering, and Computer Science. The role offers hands-on experience in a dynamic environment focused on inventing new technologies and maturing them into useful products.

Requirements

Currently enrolled undergraduate (Junior level or within 2 years of graduation) or recently graduated (within the last year) in a relevant field of study (Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Engineering, Computer Science).
GPA > 2.75
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Attention to detail
Ability to follow directions
Capable of working independently and completing assigned tasks
US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain DoD security clearance
